Terms of Service

Last updated:

1. Agreement to terms

By purchasing or accessing Prompt Engineering Mastery (the "Course"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, don't purchase or access the Course.

2. The Course

"Prompt Engineering Mastery" is a self-paced online course consisting of written lessons, code examples, and downloadable resources. We provide access to the Course via this website and reserve the right to update, modify, or replace material from time to time.

3. License

When you purchase the Course, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to access the Course material for your own personal or professional learning. The license is per individual — please don't share access with others.

You may not:

You may freely apply what you learn to your own work, code, and systems — that's the point.

4. Payment

Course access is granted upon successful payment. We process payments through third-party providers (Stripe and others). By purchasing, you also agree to those providers' terms.

5. Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you request a refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. Module 1 of the Course is also offered free, with no signup required, so you can evaluate the Course's style and approach before purchasing.

After 7 days, refunds are limited to specific exceptions (technical failures, duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, and where refunds are required by applicable law). See our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

7. Intellectual property

All Course content — text, code, design, graphics, and supporting materials — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Eval Starter Kit code samples are provided under a permissive license for use in your own projects, including commercial work, with no attribution required.

8. Disclaimers

The Course is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee specific outcomes, business results, or that techniques in the Course will work for every model or use case. AI models change; your mileage may vary.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Course is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the Course after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Course in a way that harms us or other users. In that case, refunds are not guaranteed.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Indiana.
